The Robert Nail Football Stadium will be the site of the weekly worship service and child dedication held by First Baptist Church of Albany on Sunday, May 23, although weather concerns may move the event back to the church.

The service is open to the community and attendees are invited to sit in the stands. The FBC Worship Team will set up on the grass.

In the event of rain, the service will be moved indoors to the sanctuary.

The service is scheduled from 10:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and will be followed by “Campalooza,” a tailgate hamburger fundraiser in the parking lot.

Children will have the opportunity to play games and jump in bounce houses after the service.

The meal will include a hamburger, chips, drink, and dessert, and will be available ‘to-go,” or can be eaten at the stadium in true tailgate style.

Donations will be accepted for the meal, and all proceeds will help send Albany third through sixth graders to summer camp.
