Closet Angels director Lori Reames recently announced that the clothing ministry will donate $50 cash to one local educator.

“Shackelford County Teachers and school employees, if you come check out Closet Angels to see what a great resource we are for students in need, we will enter your name for a drawing for $50 cash, to help offset what you spend on classroom supplies,” Reames said. “We will draw names on Wednesday, Aug. 15, after we close.”

Reames said that she will be available to give teachers and other school employees a quick tour between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 noon on Monday, Aug. 6 and Monday, Aug. 13.

“We are located at 132 S. Jacobs Street, across from Matthews Memorial Presbyterian Church,” she added. “Feel free to shop for yourself, your family, or anyone you wish to bless while you’re there.”

Closet Angels will also give away a $100 Brookshire’s card to one of the people who shops there on Sat. Aug. 11, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., or on Monday, Aug. 13, from 5:00-7:00 p.m.
