Big Bad a hit for Albany student actors
The All The World’s A Stage theater group entertained large audiences this past weekend with its production of Big Bad, performed on Friday and Saturday. The play featured a full cast of young actors who spent weeks preparing for the show.
Director Cali Rose praised the students for their dedication and effort. “I would like to thank all these hard-working kids and their dedication to this play. They have spent many hours preparing and making this play so entertaining!”
The production featured Berkley Davis as Sydney Grimm, Kate Bellah as the Fairy Godmother, Lainey O’Dell as Red Riding Hood, and Aleia Eaves as Grandmother Hood. Other cast members included Chloe Slaughter, Dylan Cradduck, Dylan Lively, Hadley Sutton, Elijah Pacanins, Reese Nitschke, Barrett Milligan, Hudson Pipes, Leia Rose, and Baigh Bell.
The performances took place at the Albany High School auditorium, with support from parents, staff, and the local community. Rose also expressed appreciation for those who helped make the production possible. “I also want to thank all the parents and their support. It could not have happened without them. Thank you, Mr. Chambers, for allowing us to rehearse and use the auditorium.”
