Harry Milton Vickers of Albany, Texas, passed away peacefully with his wife and daughter by his side on March 30, 2024.

Harry was born in Stamford, Texas, on Feb.  23, 1950 to Ben G. Vickers and Falbie Anne Vickers.

Harry graduated from Lueders- Avoca High School. Harry made Albany his home in the early 1970s.

Harry is survived by his wife, Terri Vickers of Albany, Texas; daughter, Kelly Vickers (John Martinez) of Cisco, Texas; granddaughter, Karleigh Martinez (Jake Peace, fiancé) of Minneapolis, Minnesota, granddaughter, Olivia Martinez of Cisco, Texas; and brother, Steve Vickers of Albany, Texas.

Harry is preceded in death by his son, Jeremy Vickers; parents, Ben and Falbie Vickers; brothers, Bobby Vickers, Benny Vickers, Donny Vickers, Johnny Vickers; sisters, Nancy Waters, Cindy Hawkins, Thelma Ladd, Betty Ruth Larance, and Flossie Skelton.

Harry was a loving, devoted husband, father, and grandfather. His pride and joywerehisdaughterKelly and two granddaughters, KarleighandOlivia.Harry also loved his cat Purty.

Graveside services were held Monday, April 1, at Moran Cemetery, Moran, Texas. Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice – American Cancer Society or American Diabetes Association and may be left at Morehart Mortuary.
