Moran students compete in UIL

The District 20-1A University Interscholastic League Academic Meet took place at Eula on Tuesday, March 26, and several students from Moran were among the competitors.

Results were not available at press time and will be reported next week.

Representing MISD at district were 11 students entered in six events, as listed below.

Number sense: Darrian Hawley, Hannah Rogers, Reshaley Schafer.

Ready Writing: Johnnie Hise.

Prose: Corbin Roberts.

Spelling and Vocabulary: Jaylynn Roberts.

Science: Andrew Farner, Johnnie Hise, November Meredith, Baylee Orsak, Harley Schafer, Harmony Slaughter.

Social Studies: Dariann Hawley, Baylee Orsak, Harley Schafer, Corbin Roberts (alt).
