An additional donation of $2,500 from an area wind farm has driven the Albany Chest 2011 campaign well above the set goal.
Last week’s anonymous donation from an individual, and a total of $7,500 in donations from area wind farms sent the Albany Chest account to $42,500, well over the $35,000 goal set by the Chest board last fall.
